Don’t just take our word for it…..

  • "I found the explanations of current terminology really useful and also the speech bubbles made me think - some comments may be said with best intentions, not meant to offend, however could well be perceived as offensive or insulting. The whole session has made me reflect on what I can do to be more accepting, supportive and inclusive of the LGBT community Also the videos were great, particularly the young adults in the trans video - loved their attitudes"

    Sarah

  • " I found the training very useful, interms of the symbols and what they means and the variety and the differences between genders and sexual orientation"

    Tim

  • "Great worksop to offer, more people need to do it so these children can be appropriately supported!"

    Lesley

  • "I really loved this training, it was useful and informative and will strengthen my practice. There are children I work with (and my own daughter) who are exploring their own sexual identity, sexuality and gender and this is great. Thank you. The work you do is invaluable. The video's of the young people speaking confidently, with ease and laughter was great and you have played a significant role in this being able to occur. Keep up the good work and hopefully our paths will cross again."

    Charmaine

  • "The training related back to how we as individuals can make a difference and highlighted ways we can bring this into our professional practice. Examples were open and inclusive whilst also being specific to our agency / profession. This is something usually missed on similar training courses so really refreshing and beneficial to have practice tips, ideas and things to challenge raised."

    Scarlett
